Compliance

Privacy and compliance, by architecture.

eduimpact.ai is built around teacher reflection, not student observation. The full compliance library, including our FERPA and COPPA posture, our data-handling commitments by deployment tier, and our DPA template, is being prepared for publication.

In the meantime

What we can confirm today.

Three commitments we can state plainly today:

0
Student outcome data collected on any deployment
eduimpact.ai is designed around educator reflection. There is no field anywhere in the product for student names, demographics, IEP information, or assessment data.
0
Scores attached to a named educator
Coaching only works if someone can see the real moment, so your coach does. Your evaluator doesn't. Nothing in eduimpact.ai produces a rating, ranking, or index attached to a named educator, and every coaching view a leader has, you have too.
1
Instance per district
A school engagement runs in a single-tenant, EduImpact-controlled environment — your district’s instance, separate from every other, with no third-party AI or GPU cloud anywhere in the path. We name every sub-processor for your deployment in writing before you sign, and at conversion the instance moves onto hardware we own outright.
